  Excellent experience and results

  From the very beginning, Paul was reliable and honest. He arrived on time to provide a full and reasonable quotation. With the work, he spent the week working hard on the bath conversion. He minimised disruption, was polite and friendly with the elderly occupant, and did a fantastic job. We are really pleased not just with the results but also the way he conducted himself and carried out the work. As a result, we would highly recommend him.

  Highly recommended Bathroom refresh.

  We have just had an excellent refresh of our bathroom, ensuite and cloakroom by Paul at Heartwood. Paul was entirely respectful of our property throughout and has done an brilliant job. He installed a new shower and cubicle from scratch, laid a new floor and then refreshed a shower in another room and a new toilet and vanity unit in the cloakroom. He also installed shower panels in place of the old tiles in all showers. He kept us informed throughout and worked solidly each day to get the job done. He was a pleasure to have working in our house and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

  2 room refurb

  Paul completely refurbished our en suite and downstairs toilet. He did a great job, exactly as we asked. Paul was super friendly and considerate of our home and the finished product was immaculate.

  Bathroom refurb - high standard

  Paul recently carried out a complete refurbishment of our main bathroom and en-suite to a very high standard. He was excellent throughout the process, and the project was completed on budget with no unexpected costs—the final price matched the original quote precisely.

  Bathroom Fitting

  Paul was outstanding through out the entire process . From the initial quote all the way through to completion. My Bathroom before hand was outdated and need bad of refurbishment . He ensured everything was completed to highest and made the smaller space work for the bathroom. He has spent extra time ensuring everything was up to standard , he was friendly and kept me up to date throughout the process . Quote was very reasonable for the amount of work required and would highly recommend him to anyone in the future
