  Repaired a stone wall that had been hit by a lorry

  Great job carried out by Paul and his team. Various delays due to the weather that were totally outside anyone’s control but Paul kept me updated and undertook the job as soon as there was a suitable weather window. Wall looks great now the work is done.

  Skilled professional craftsmen.

  I asked Heart in Stone to come and fix a falling down garden wall because Id seen them working on a wall close by. When i saw that wall, I knew theyd be perfect for what I wanted. From the word go Paul listened to my thoughts and brought his expertise to make it happen. I'm totally delighted with the result and cant wait to get going in my corner walled garden. Totally professional and skilled team. I feel lucky i found them.

  Does what it says on the tin

  Our dry stone wall was damaged by the recent weather and years of ivy growth. Paul was really helpful from the start, explaining exactly what was wrong and what would be needed to sort it. Paul and his team worked in some awful conditions to remove a serious amount of ivy and rebuild the wall. Looks better than ever! We will be using him again

  Paul and his team repaired two of my retaining walls, one was already dry stone walling which was severely leaning and the other was brick and had already started falling over. Gave me several options for replacing the brick wall and in the end I went with dry stone for that too. Paul was great in explaining everything, great in dealing with the neighbours when I wasn't around and excellent workmanship. Most importantly they were punctual, kept me updated with pictures and messages, and did great work. Highly recommended

  Who to contact if you have a damaged dry stone wall

  Found Heart of stone when our very old stone wall collapsed and I was at a loss as to what to do, Paul came out very quickly and was delighted that we wanted to look after part of our heritage and a home for wild life. He came as soon as he had a slot and worked very hard in cold conditions with his young apprentice to restore the wall to its former glory. Thank you very much Paul for your hard work and company I would highly recommend Heart of stone for their craft skills and professional skills Angela P

  Complete wall rebuild after a car destroyed it

  After a car destroyed my garden wall I contacted Checkatrade. Heart of Stone visited my house & quoted for the repair of my wall. Throughout the process they were very cooperative & helpful. When I received the money from the insurance company I contacted Heart of Stone they promptly rebuilt my wall to a high standard leaving the area clean & tidy A very satisfied customer
