The team were fantastic they packed all of my belongings with care, stored them at their storage facility and then moved them all to my new property once my building works were completed. The process was seamless and I couldn’t fault the service I received. I used them based on the reviews and they did not disappoint. The service I received from HD removals was brilliant from start to finish. My initial enquiry was dealt with promptly, and they were very helpful and accommodating when my moving date kept changing. The team arrived on the day at the agreed time and each member introduced themselves. This put me at ease straight away. They understood how stressful moving is and had everything in hand. When they weren’t sure, they asked to make sure I was happy. The team worked efficiently and were a friendly bunch. Unloading at the new address was also hassle free.
