The company responded quickly to my initial request on Checkatrade and booked a convenient timeslot within the same week. Arrived on time and completed work to a high standard. Even though the company supply and fit much higher spec garage doors than the one I was having repaired, there was no hard sell and the engineer gave useful advice on zero-cost security measures to reduce the risk due to the age and design of the garage door that was repaired.

After locating a company to repair the cables on two garage doors I called HD Doors Ltd who responded promptly and were polite and extremely helpful. After taking details they quoted what I considered to be a very fair price and after agreeing I was advised work could be carried out the following day at a given time if that would suit me. The gentleman arrived in the given time frame, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable and carried out the work leaving everything neat and tidy. He took time to advise me regarding ongoing care for which I was extremely grateful. I certainly recommend.

Replacement of control panel on my Garage Door. Darren and Dan diagnosed the problem and ordered the new part which arrived and was fitted one week later. They were both friendly and efficient and exerted no pressure for use of their services. Will definitely be using their services again.
