We were really pleased , the staff were really nice, professional and fantastic when we kept being messed about with removals date. The 3 lads that turned up were efficient and really lovely. However when they unloaded our 7yr old Simba mattress they showed us that it had suffered during its journey. We all thought it would be ok once laid flat and repositioned. This was not the case. Since then we have had to make several calls to the company, call backs from them sporadic and not when promised. Their stance is the matress was old, not worth anything, they did nothing wrong. not happy at all

HCS staff are professional and supportive! Concerns relating to a manufacturing issue needs to be addressed by the company who issued your warranty. Your mattress was professionally transported, placed in our protective mattress bag, manoeuvred in the correct manner (witnessed by your husband) No damage occurred at either property or during transit (distance travelled 1.5 miles) HCS visited your property to review the mattress; our findings reached a full and fair conclusion of ‘No liability’ confirming your mattress showed natural wear and tear, deterioration expected of over 7 years of use.
