Nice guys, on time, quick process.

Having recently moved into a house that needed a lot of electrical updating, I found HC Pyramid and I’ve now used them on a number of tasks including installation of a new main fuse panel, multiple spot lights, new and replacement sockets and other tasks. Their work is of the highest standard and they are always very courteous and professional. They also tidy any mess up before leaving and always communicate what’s needed and why. I would definitely recommend their services.

I had HC Pyramid fit some outside lights for me. Everything was easy and simple, from getting the initial quote & date all the way up until the job being completed. The electrician which completed the work for me (Marc) was great! Clean & tidy, very professional and did a super job. Would highly recommend and will use them for all my future electrical work!

Once again and always happy with HC Pyramid Electrical LTD returning to my property carrying out electrical work. This time was upgrading all my sockets, switches and downlights throughout. We have had multiple electricians from the company at our property over time and can't fault the guys. Highly recommend to use these guys!

The initial survey was great, Stu was very friendly and informative and gave advice as to how many sockets I would need as well as an ethernet line from downstairs to the upstairs office. Unfortunately, after that things didn't exactly go to plan. Firstly, when the ethernet port was installed it was broken and when I questioned as to how this happened, the installer told me he hadn't tested it due to his tester being broken. They also installed the wrong type of plugs (twice) despite me outlining exactly what was needed. Not a great experience so, sadly, I won't be recommending these guys.
