Stu arrived punctually at 8am. I had purchased the light. Stu swiftly handled the replacement with absolutely no problems. No mess and perfectly straightforward. Stu knew his stuff as my house is old and the wiring uses red and black as opposed to blue and brown. Stu was personable and respectful. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Professional and efficient from start to finish! Stu provided recommendations of what lights would work best for us, and provided a very competitive quote. Work was scheduled in immediately, and all 24 spotlights were replaced within 2 hours this morning. All mess was tidied and old lights were bagged up. Very happy with the work completed - thanks very much!

Les did a full house check, installed a new fuse board, 3x new living room sockets, speakers in summer house, and outdoor front and back lights with a great service, HC Pyramid Electrical LTD is a great company and I would highly recommend to anyone in needs of electrical work, Stuart and Les are very professional..... thanks guys.

The team have never let me down. Have used them multiple times over the last couple of years. Had a new oven delivered which required a new fuse on the board and also a plug changed into an oven output. Got someone out to me in 48h, great service and great price.

Had 4 LED lights fixed in my bathroom. They were done very quickly and they look amazing. It's nice to not have one working light in there anymore. Highly recommend this company, will be getting them back to do the lights in my Kitchen.
