Clear and precise what they could do, stated 4 days work, did it in 4 days. Checked at the end of each day if happy with work done. Good communication.

The communication was smooth and efficient. The job was quoted straight away with several photos and descriptions via messages. The work was carried out on time, smoothly and swiftly. Hugo’s professionalism and focus on the details impressed me the most. His was also very patient and kind to provide friendly and professional suggestions, not only to the job itself. The after work was brilliantly done as well. Hugo carefully cleaned and restated the site and disposed all waste accordingly. He checked the gas appliances and ensured the gas safety before he left. Highly recommended!

Even though this was a relatively small job HCF still treated the job professionally. They attended the job on time, repaired the pipework quickly and even added extra mitigations to try to stop the issue happening again in future. All in all I had a very positive experience using HCF for the repair and will definitely consider using them again for future plumbing works.

Reliable and professional

Site of leak excavated prior to visit, though leak remained to be exposed. HCF chap responded to inquiry quickly and came to visit next day. Leak exposed, redundant stop valve and section of pipe removed and made good. Reconnected water supply within two hours. Cost very reasonable considering call out. Would use again.
