    Clear communication and great work

    Prompt communication throughout with clear guidance on what needed to be done. Especially ensuring I only replaced what was needed rather than replace unnecessary elements (which others had recommended). Good clean work, and I would highly recommend (as they were to me)

    Boiler repair

    We needed emergency work on our boiler and this was provided quickly and the work done efficiently and successfully. The reason for the failure of the boiler was explained and all tests done to confirm that the ignition valve was the only fault.

    I contacted HBM first thing in the morning and they responded within a couple of hours. The job wasn't straightforward but they resolved it and completed the job and left the site clean and tidy. Very polite, clean and communications were extremely good.
