Installed laminate without adequate expansion gap(voids manufacturer warranty), right against the wall in many areas. Cut around door frames instead of fitting under, leaving big gaps. I raised issues & asked to rectify it but was told this is the correct way to install, and to fill the gaps with silicon(also voids warranty). Took more payment than the proportion of the job completed & insisted I pay before they leave. Retroactively tried to increase price when I asked for the overpayment to be refunded as I wasn't confident in their ability to complete the rest of the work. Witholding refund.

Fitted a carpet after being let down by another. Did a cracking job, managed to squeeze us in last minute and great comms. Will be using him again!!
