    Sound Knowledge and Experience

    Have used HB cleaning for a least the last twenty years. Experience and knowledge are in any professional service and these qualities are apparent from the first contact to the end of the completed jobs - knowledge of what chemicals to use on whichever product needs cleaning - our carpet had a very large coffee stain which was totally removed. In addition a large rug was fully cleaned and refurbished

    Excellent Service

    Gary was helpful and friendly and very considerate and kind to my elderly Uncle, for whom the work was carried out. He arrive on time and worked solidly to clean an armchair and carpet - both heavily soiled. He did a fantastic job - both looked as good as new. Highly recommended.

    Great job, very knowledgeable and professional

    Gary was very professional and knowledgeable in his field. We had had a leak in the room the week before his visit, resulting in part of the carpet still being water logged. He took the time to explain how to deal with this effectively. He explained the process he was going to use and worked as tidily as he could with all the equipment required. We also wanted two sofas cleaned, which he took a sample of prior to his visit to check for us. Very happy with everything.

    Great Service all round

    Had all carpets cleaned in property. Gary provided a great service from start to finish. Attended the property to quote and explain his work. Arrived to clean carpets exactly when he said. Used professional kit and clearly very knowledgeable of his trade. Cleaned carpets really well, leaving them almost dry to touch afterwards. Kept property clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

    From the initial meeting. To the finished job every thing was carried out in a very professional manner. Gary arrived on time, worked very hard,and left the house spotless. I would recommend him to anyone.
