  Fault Finding with downstairs lighting

  Ian arrived promptly, explained exactly what he was going to do, kept me informed throughout the morning. He managed to trace a fault and advised that lighting was now working . He explained that to make sure there was no other faults he would probably need to remove the flooring in one if the bedrooms he asked what I wanted to do and we agreed we would see what happens moving forward, but just call him if anything else went wrong . Very pleased with service given and would recommend to others
