Finished to a high standard and kept me informed on any problems.

This was our second time we have hired Hazelgrove, and for us it was an obvious choice to go back to them for this work. This time it was a complete new bathroom, stripping the room back to bare brick and installing new everything, plus a new boiler. What can I say about Hazelgrove that I didn’t say in my previous review, they were absolutely fantastic, the quality of workmanship was superb, we couldn't fault any of it. I recommend Hazelgrove in a heartbeat, like I said, this was our second time using them and I would, if the need arises, use them again with no hesitation.

Great first impressions followed by a very professional service. The itemized cost plan was helpful, the additional support and guidance throughout much appreciated. Fantastic communication. All team members were polite, professional and the site area was neat and tidy. We are really pleased with the quality of the completed project. We cannot recommend Hazelgrove highly enough - thank you for making the project such a positive experience.

It has been a while since the work was completed on our property, as I wanted to make sure there weren't any snagging issues that required attention, there weren’t. I am pleased to say that Hazelgrove were absolutely fantastic. It can be quite daunting finding a reliable builder who can offer exceptional work, Hazelgrove did just that. A special thanks to the subcontractors as well, Park Electricals, RSW Projects and PG Joinery, they were all superb. I cant recommend Hazelgrove enough, thank you.

The work was massive as the entirety of our 250 sqm basement was flooded. Simon who runs Hazelgrove is extremely professional and was able gather a very qualified team of specialists - basement waterproofers/ water pump companies to undertake a very complex job.

Simon created a very detailed estimate and schedule of works for us so we were clear about the cost and process of the project from start to finish. The whole team were extremely skilled at their work, from the bricklayers, the painter, carpenters, electrician and project manager. It was a pleasure to have the team on site as they were all courteous, and nothing was too much trouble. The attention to detail to get the project finished to a high standard was maintained throughout the project. Would happily recommend.
