Oliver responded to my telephone request for help with a suspected gas leak promptly and attended our house next morning. We quickly discovered the source of the leak and repair options were discussed and agreed. The work was carried out immediately and with great care to our newly decorated landing! A new section of pipe was installed and all work was to a high standard and for a reasonable price. Can't fault this company. Quick to respond to enquiries, prompt arrival (with phone call to advise of time), quickly identified and rectified faults with heating system and serviced boiler. We are a small family run business and have been involved in the plumbing and heating industry since 2003.
We are a reasonably priced fair business that believes in delivering a quality service at a fair price.
We offer the following services:
GAS WORK - NATURAL GAS AND LPG
We carry out all aspects of gas work, from servicing and repair of an appliance to installing a boiler and central heating from scratch and everything in between. We are qualified to work on gas appliances up to 65kw in total.
DRAINAGE
We can also help with the installation and altering of your existing drainage and testing of new drainage installations.
PLUMBING
We carry out all plumbing work from installing outside taps to replumbing a whole house.
SERVICES
We have also done a lot of civil engineering work so can help with underground water main replacement, repair or altering. We also have our water bylaws certification.
BATHROOM INSTALLATION AND DESIGN
We have been developing houses and properties for many years and installing bathrooms for private clients so have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to design and installation of bathrooms.
We can help you with the layout as much as we can help with the installation.
LEGIONELLA RISK ASSESSMENTS
It’s only a matter of time before Legionella risk assessments become mandatory for all lettings and rental properties, we can help carry out these assessments as well as any remedial work required to bring your property into line.
WATER FILTRATION
We can also install water filtration systems and water softeners.
