arrived on time, serviced our boiler, tidy and very polite

We had a blockage in the system causing clanking pipes, and no heat despite the boiler and pump operating. Sam identified the problem, scheduled in a full system flush, and carried out the work in a considerate and professional manner. He also fitted new radiator valves, and our system is now heating the house as it should. The house was left clean and tidy after work was completed.

The project consisted of fitting new radiators and sinks and taps and running new pipework. I was really impressed with the guys really professional and quick and very straightforward, they told me what needed to be done and there was no messing about. Really pleased with the outcome and great guys aswel really friendly. Will be using them for the future.

The team responded to my request, and we’re able to offer support and advice at short notice. I had a leaking kitchen tap which became progressively worse over a matter of weeks. I was advised to not only replace the tap, but also install isolators; good advice in my opinion. The work was carried out promptly and efficiently. The service was professional, they were clean and tidy - I was extremely pleased with the workmanship and felt that I should write a positive review 10/10
