Our solar panels had not been cleaned from new 15 years ago, the problem being that nobody in our area would do them. Hays quoted promptly, with a good price, arranged an appointment in good time and kept it. Panels now look like new again and they left our garden as they found it! I’m very pleased with the job they did and their care. Would recommend them to anyone. They brought everything they need, one other person said we would have to pay for hire of an access tower, Hays brought their own. So nice to find someone with this level of professionalism.

The team did a great job cleaning my solar panels and patio roof. Everything looks perfect now and I’m very happy with the result. Reliable, friendly, and professional service — highly recommended!

Jack was directed to clear and clean all gutters, soffits, window panes, window sills and the uPVC frame of the conservatory while Tom was on vacation. He was very punctual, turning up at the appointed time. He did his best to give a thorough clearing and cleaning of all the things that I'd agreed on with Tom. In a nutshell, it is a job well done by a guy with the right attitudes and manners. It deserves my recommendation.

Tom is a really nice guy and him and his team did a really great job of cleaning the moss off my roof. The cleanliness was definitely noticeable from how it was before. He also did a great job of cleaning my gutters and the small patio area in my back garden including filling in the gaps between the patio slabs. A few people have said how much better the patio area looks now to how it was before.
