Gary was nearby when I contacted him and he came around within an hour. Gave us options for the repair with verbal estimates. Within a couple of days he gave us formal estimates and completed the job within a week. Good communication throughout including expected arrival time on site. We did not shop around on price as we felt it was a fair estimate for the job done.

Gary was very responsive, communicated his availability and arrived as scheduled. The work was completed efficiently and left tidy. Would use again.

Good communication before, very punctual, discussed any options so we knew what was available, advised where necessary and taught us to use and understand the system after installation. Is happy to come back and adjust/ reteach as necessary. Would strongly recommend to anyone.
