  Very professional / excellent service

  Amazing experience with HawkFost LTD. David responded with a message within 5 minutes of me posting on checkatrade and arrived at our house within 20 minutes. We had a leak coming through our utility room (through a light also!) from the upstairs bathroom. He was very professional wearing over shoes and found the cause of the leak very quickly. We can’t thank him enough for sorting and also coming out on a weekend.

  Superb work, efficient, reliable, compassionate

  David was amazing. He replied promptly and then was patient with my dithering. He arrived within minutes and completed the job in a few minutes more. All this was happening on a day of great stress as my father was being admitted to the hospice that day. David's professionalism, expertise and kindness were exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He made a difficult day much easier by efficiently solving a faulty drainage pump restoring my father's wet-room to use, not that he will use it now sadly. Thank you David. I hope your expert work and compassion will take you far.

  Shower pump replacement

  Drain Survey and jetting

  First time Dave did a drain CCTV survey which showed a blockage in the soakaway and drain. He returned to jet them and completed the survey (only charging for the jetting) which showed problems with roots blocking the soakaway and a hole in the drain caused by a post piercing it. He went above and beyond to help solve them including doing a temporary fix to the soakaway until I have the funds to get repaired properly. He was really easy to talk to, clear explanations of what he had found, advice on what to do and wasn't distracted or rushed. I would 100% recommend and will be using again.
