10 Drain Survey and jetting

First time Dave did a drain CCTV survey which showed a blockage in the soakaway and drain. He returned to jet them and completed the survey (only charging for the jetting) which showed problems with roots blocking the soakaway and a hole in the drain caused by a post piercing it. He went above and beyond to help solve them including doing a temporary fix to the soakaway until I have the funds to get repaired properly. He was really easy to talk to, clear explanations of what he had found, advice on what to do and wasn't distracted or rushed.
