I cannot recommend Hawksford Construction enough. They have been exceptional from start to finish while building our much‑needed extension and sensory room for our autistic daughter. They truly listened, took the time to understand her needs, and approached everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. The quality of their work is outstanding. The sensory room has been beautifully designed with thoughtful details that make it a calming, safe space our daughter absolutely loves. It has already made a huge difference to our daily lives.

In 2024 we began a 42 sq m single‑storey extension with a dormer bedroom and internal alterations to help future‑proof our home for our non‑verbal autistic son. The build was complex, with floor levels set lower to respect the original house and a cut‑in dormer roof. The new space formed an open‑plan kitchen‑diner with underfloor heating and mixed finishes. Neil and his team were exceptional—skilled, organised, tidy, respectful, and on time despite awful weather. We couldn’t rate them higher, Awesome!

Outstanding from the very start... Nothing was too much trouble, even when uncovering hidden issues during renovation. From the 1st brick being removed to the last bit of siliconing, the job that Neil's team done was 1st class... Clean, tidy, thoughtful and fabulous workmanship from all the boys.. 5?, won't go anywhere else
