I was impressed by the prompt response from Hawk to my request for a quotation together with a date for undertaking the work. The engineer was professional and had an eye for detail when he measured up and subsequently returned to replace the damaged plastic drain cover with a stronger metal cover and also the cracked plastic drain connection below the cover was replaced. I had previously struggled to find a company to undertake the work, so I was very pleased with the reliable and helpful way that Hawk handled the job without issue.

Great experience using this company. Communications were excellent throughout. They turned up exactly when they said the would, unblocked our drain with minimum fuss and left the area tidy. Couldn't ask for more and we would use again.
