    We contacted Sam to repair disintegrating render on our house. He quoted for doing the work and we arranged a date. The job was done effectively and Sam returned 10 days later to paint the new render. It looks as good as new.

    Skimming a cramped downstairs loo in a 30's house

    Sam responded to my request for a quote the same day, based on a video of the room. He gave an ETA, then confirmed it a week before. He came on time and did a great job. This is the second piece of work he has done (the first one was external rendering). I'd highly recommend him.

    My experience was fantastic. They were professional, friendly, punctual, clean & tidy. The quote was more than fair for what was done. Everything was explained, and any questions I had were answered clearly. The work carried out was even better than expected. I'm very happy and wouldn't hesitate to have more work done by them, and to recommend to others.

    Sam and his team I have been using for a few years now. They do all plastering work for my business, they are a pleasure to work with and always leave the job clean and tidy. Customers are always happy when they are finished and many of times have asked for there number for future work.

Hawes Property services are a small family run business. We have been in the plastering/building/refurbishment industry for over 40 years.

All plastering works including: float & set, skimming, coving, screeding, all sand and cement render finishes, coloured monocouche renders.

We cover all aspects of building and refurbishment works including extensions, full refurbishments to your home, kitchens, bathrooms, plastering, painting, carpentry, landscaping, fencing and much more.

We cover both domestic and commercial areas. We aim to work alongside our customers and their budgets.

We offer both supply and fit or installation only. You can be assured from start to finish we will use fully skilled tradesman for every task.

We are fully insured with £5million liability cover.
