Fantastic service all round. Haven were recommended to me by neighbours and I was not disappointed. Peter was my contact throughout. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with me. Buying new windows is a costly exercise so I was very anxious about getting the right thing. I have had fitted black aluminium windows throughout. They are amazing. I would add a picture if it wasn’t for the fact that the house remains a building site. I am delighted with the product and service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them. Thank you 🤩

We needed a bigger and accessible porch and 2 new front windows. Haven provided a very reasonable quote, were very easy to contact and always stayed in touch with us before, during and after the work was completed to ensure everything was going smoothly, all the workmen were personal and very professional. We are very pleased with the work and the end result is better than expected. Very much recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Very efficient, from start to finish. Great workers, always turned up when they said, and worked extremely hard when on site. Tidied up at the end of each day, and took away all rubbish on completion. Very pleased with the overall finish of the job, just what we were looking for. Will be back from windows/french doors next year!

This is the first time I have used Haven Installations and I am very pleased with the French doors they supplied and fitted. The fitter was polite and very thorough. He made a very neat job and left no mess when he left.. Having been a carpenter all my working life, know a good job when I see one! I would certainly recommend them to anybody needing new doors and windows. Thank you Peter and Bruce.

Recommended by a neighbour. The entire process was very quick from start to finish, a couple of months. Two windows and a set of French doors were replaced within a day. Very efficient and no mess left!
