Our experience was a very good one. Everything was dealt with smoothly and efficiently. The tradesmen arrived when they said they would and were clean and tidy throughout. We had two windows replaced and a step built outside our patio doors to ease our mobility problems.

Had six windows replaced and one outside door in kitchen replaced. The workmen were first class and very pleasant, the work was carried out in the time they had said and to a very high standard, would greatly recommend the company and would use again in the future.

Engaged Haven Installations to fit new UPVC Windows in three bedrooms. Company straight forward to deal with and pricing reasonable. Installers neat and tidy. Also rectified existing patio door issue (not their installation) without charge. Would use again.

Our 35 year plus UPVC windows and front/back doors were replaced in two stages. The work was carried out to specification and cost by Paul and Bruce in a professional manner. There was minimal damage to interior decorations. The site was left neat and tidy at the end of each days work. I would definitely recommend this company for replacement windows and doors.

I would highly recommend, Peter was brilliant and offered just what we were looking for. He also managed to squeeze me in earlier due to a cancellation. The installer Bruce finished the job in a day with a clean and tidy finish, all with a smile. Thanks guys.
