10 Electrical fault in kitchen

David contacted me promptly and was able to attend at short notice and provided me with a quote upfront which I was happy with. He was very thorough in diagnosing the fault and talked me through the process so I could understand what was happening. He made the area safe as it wasn't repairable at the time and gave me a detailed breakdown of what was required and an expected cost. Our ancient cooker extractor hood died and we also needed a new kitchen ceiling light, as well as replacements for our external security lights. We asked David to have a look; he came the very next day and gave us a quote which we found eminently acceptable. He came today and did all three jobs for us in with very high levels of efficiency and professionalism - and he’s also a very nice bloke. We’re both delighted with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
