Terrible experience – avoid. I hired this company to decorate as a surprise for my wife. It turned into a stressful and expensive mess. The decorator was unqualified, poorly equipped, and careless. He applied adhesive on my floors, dragged a ladder across hardwood (causing scratches), broke £150 light fittings, and scratched our expensive fridge. The wallpaper is badly done — uneven, with bubbles and visible seams. We stopped the job due to the damage. Claiming it “wasn’t finished” is a cop-out — the lack of care was obvious. The company refused to take responsibility or cover costs.

So professional and on time kept in contact with me re the arrival time and I left him in my home and couldn't fault his work at the end. Highly recccomend!! Very polite!
