My name is Harry at HPS.
I’m a property manager who provides landlord services without the monthly management fees.
I conduct inventories, inspections and checkouts so that your property is ready for a tenant and ensure it is put back to its original condition on checkout.
In the event that the property is not at its original condition, my detailed inventory will aid in deposit disputes to ensure the tenant is held liable for any damages they have caused.
Alongside management services I also carry out property photography and floorplans for marketing.
