Excellent communication, very friendly, fast responce, sorted out our leaky toilet within an hour or so of contacting check a trade. Ended up needing more parts replaced and Thomas did this right there and then and explained everything. Very professioanl and did a super job. 10/10 would highly recommend!

He was able to pinpoint the issue but tested for other possible causes too. amazing communication throughout and very honest about the situation.
