I had a garage door emergency and tried 10 local people. All gave various reasons for why they couldn’t come or some didn’t answer. I found Ross and he was so kind and caring and despite being 1.5 hours away, he came over and helped fix and secure our door on the same day. My old up-and-over garage door needed replacing - Ross came and explained the options, with no pressure and lots of helpful advice. I decided on a new electric roll-up door, and Ross provided a very competitive price. It has been installed today, and I want to say that from start to finish the level of service and quality of delivery from Ross and his company has been excellent.
