    Quick, efficient job well done

    Very polite young man arrived and carried out the work quickly and efficiently (to replace a rusty bathroom radiator with a new one)- left the place clean and tidy, turned the heating on to make sure everything was working correctly before leaving and explained to me how to check the pressure gauge on the boiler and what to do if there is still any residue air left in it, which was very helpful. My only issue was I had specified they would need to come after 1pm as I would be out for a while before then and he actually arrived at 09:50; message hadn’t been passed on

    I had an excellent experience with Harris Hearing again. Sam was brilliant, he managed the power flush and the replacement of the TRV with professionalism and care. The team were friendly, efficient and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

    Harris Heating saved the day!

    Harris Heating saved the day! My kitchen sink was blocked..they came out within a couple of hours and sorted it out right away! Would definitely recommend them for heating and plumbing! Such lovely people and always do a good job. Thankyou!

    Customer Service leaves alot to be required

    Harris Heating quoted me £190 for a job but ended up charging me 2 lots of £120 for just over an hours work. When I queried the amount with their accounts I was fobbed off with an excuse that frankly didnt make sense. When my husband tried to query it, they said they would come back to us but have refused to return the calls. Not happy.

    I am sorry to hear that you feel this way. I have popped you an email explaining our billing process and that the bill is split into 2 parts - deposit and final. The total of both which match your original estimate which was accepted. The price above was excluding vat which is shown on the estimate and then the total with vat is also shown.
