The whole process from pricing up our replacement windows & the visit to the showroom went smoothly. Andy and Bogdan worked very hard, with great attention to detail. They both seem very proud of their work and so they should be. They respected our property and cleaned everything away.

This project was one of the biggest we have undertaken with Harp and Evolution Windows; it delivered results beyond our expectations. The Harp process was professional and very much like a well-oiled machine. From the site survey onwards, it became clear that the level of technical knowledge, capability and experience was in abundance. The experience got even better at the installation phase when their team effortlessly undertook the removal of windows and installed new ones. Nothing was left to chance; the attention to detail and the quality of the work were exceptional.

Fantastic job from start to finish. Replace 6 sash windows and install new kitchen window. Fabulous job by the 2 fitters and looks great. Highly recommended.

Writing this review 3 years after installation - still very happy with the standard uPVC windows. I can't speak highly enough of Amy, John and the installation team. Excellent communication - they patiently answered all of the questions. Punctual for the quotation appointment and installation - they are very experienced and knowledgeable. Harp Windows removed aluminium windows and the remnants of the bay window bits and replaced with uPVC. They exceeded expectations - they replaced the window ledge with wood, not pvc, as others quoted. Condensation black wall marks - a thing of the past.

Overall very good. Apparently I would have been better off ordering a new window at the same time, but in the event the installers worked around this shortcoming in a very professional manner and with great attention to detail.
