Sean was phenomenal. He communicated everything really clearly and we had so many issues with other trades/suppliers letting us down which he managed to anticipate and work around. His workmanship is astounding. He is so particular about everything. There isn't a squeak to be heard on a once noisy landing. There were no hidden costs, no surprise extras and he went above and beyond to leave a safe environment at the end of each day. It looks incredible. The allergy sniffles have halved and the upstairs is so much warmer with the new floors too. We are delighted.

We have used Harpers for a previous installation and so we did not hesitate to get in touch again when we needed another engineered wood floor laid. The job was urgent and Sean found the time to fit us in. Always tidy and very professional, Sean did a great job and we would definitely recommend

Sean is to be recommended for all aspects of his work, he gave us a fair estimate for the work and that was what we paid when the work was completed. We had Carpet and underlay that had to be removed before starting the work and this He did and took it all away at the end of each day. He was punctual and conscientious, keeping us informed at all stages, and you could see by the quality of his work that he took pride in what he was doing. He laid flooring to match the one we already had laid in the hall and kitchen and it looks amazing, along with new skirting. Highly Recommended

Sean did an outstanding job on our kitchen floor. We had a rogue unevenness problem that he looked at and gave us a range of options. The work was carried out quickly and to an excellent standard. We are delighted! Communication was prompt and helpful. We would 100% recommend this company.
