Got in touch with Chris as needed an urgent job done at a relatives house in Darlington who had passed away. It was kind of taking a chance as I live in the Scottish Highlands, but I have to say his level of contact due to the distance involved was first class. He provided me with photos of the work in progress and on completion. I did meet him on a visit south and he met us at the house on his day off and provided a detailed update. A very personable individual who clearly is good at his job. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others
