Yesterday we had Ady from Hackett Heating and Gas to carry out an annual service on our Gas Boiler. It was the first time we have used Ady. Wow! All I can say I was extremely impressed by both his knowledge , professionalism and attention to detail. Exceptional service. Fast , Friendly and efficient. Definitely at a higher level than most. I would highly recommend Ady and Hackett Heating & Gas.

Adrian was professional and efficient.. very friendly and informative.. explains everything he was doing so that I was able to understand... As I am not boiler engineer nor plumber.. will absolutely be recommending him to all family and friends..will be booking him in again for the annual boiler check. Very fairly priced too .. did an outstanding job..

I had a conversion from an immersion boiler to a combi boiler completed by Harket Heating & Gas. From the moment, that the survey and estimate was completed I knew he was the right person to do the job. They took the time to understand my needs and wants, gave a fair estimate, and completed the work in outstanding time, clearing up as they want. I was walked through all stages of the change, all the work that was being done, and at the end a comprehensive walk through of changes, and the new heating smart meter wired up. Utterly fantastic throughout the whole process.

I've used Adrian for various plumbing and heating issues but most Adrian came to diagnose why our boiler wasn't working and it turns out a new boiler was needed. After discussing options and features we'd like, He installed a new one the following week. Communication was on point throughout the process, and his workmanship and attention to detail is top notch, 100% recommend. Will be using him from now, and have already recommended him to many others.
