  Prompt & thorough quotation visit. Tom had a polite, friendly manner, informative & happy to support our preference for maintaining the original roof and tiles, without any hard sell. After Hardy’s team had left we noticed a small item of the quotation left undone, & Tom returned within the hour to complete the job. Thumbs up!
