Did a speedy job on repairing my roof, Joe Evans did a great job

Joe came out to have a look at a possible leak. Didnt fob me off with it being a roof problem (it wasnt), highly recommended

The work involved sealing the area. I paid £600 for the work Complaint - the roof still leaks I contacted hardware roofing on 12/1/23 and spoke to Joseph Evans. Without calm considered discussion he rejected the complaint and immediately started shouting in an unhelpful way. When I tried to respond he suggested I try someone else and rang off. I will certainly not be having further contact with him In summary - poor workmanship and very poor communications. Aggressiveness and shouting is not the way to deal with customers

Was quick to respond and arranged to visit to provide a quote. He went onto the roof and videoed unknown damage on roof ( broken ridge tile) Joe provided a fair quote and after he completed the work he videoed the work he had completed.

Joseph was very quick to respond to my posted job, came next morning, quoted a fair price and completed the work the same day. He also took pictures when up on the roof of some ridge tiles that will soon need attention. He is very polite, pleasant, and did not charge extra for some additional tiles that were discovered and replaced.
