I am delighted with the work conducted by Hard Knox Flooring! The team were very friendly and worked extremely hard to get the job done on time. The finish was excellent and it has transformed the look of the house. I would happily use their services again and would recommend to others.

Ned and Laslo arrived in Monday and we're finished by Friday. During that time they Pulled up the floorboards and put in rock wool insulation. Replaced all damaged boards Removed all squeaks and creaks Removed and disposed of an old hearth Removed and disposed of old carpet and underlay Filled the gaps between the boards with slithers 3 coats of varnish Added wooden thresholds Sealed all gaps in the skirting board Simply amazing job. Really friendly and helpful and the result is far better than I could have imagined. Highly recommend. Sanded and buffed the floor Added 3 coats of varnish

We couldn’t be happier with the work Ned and Laszlo did. It was a big job, involving lifting the floorboards of the entire ground floor, which uncovered all sorts of surprises - damp patches, concrete, uneven joists etc. But for every problem they immediately had a solution, meaning we could relax knowing they had the experience and skills to do the job properly. They cut no corners as they worked and had the patience to answer every concern, making sure we were happy with each stage. The end result is a beautiful floor that completely transforms the room. I highly recommend them!

I contacted Hard Knox Flooring through recommendations.. and I wasn’t disappointed….Ned and his colleague did an excellent job, readjusting floorboards when needed, the final result after sanding down and tinting and varnishing is fabulous…would highly recommend.
