  Dean and his colleagues were exceptional in both their communication and quality of work. Each day they left the house in very good condition and tidied up after themselves thoroughly. The finish on the bathroom is brilliant and I couldn’t be any happier with the work. Dean worked with me on everything that I wanted- despite me having no previous experience in this department! He explained everything in a way that I could understand I was patient. 10/10 would absolutely recommend

  First class service from Dean. Always very professional and helpful. Such as taking his shoes off before entering my flat. The work was completed to agreed timescale. I wholeheartedly recommend this plumber.

  Bathroom to Shower room Conversion

  Amazingly, Dean and his trade-specialised subcontractors delivered the job on the exact day promised. He achieved this, despite discovering a tonne of extra prep work that was needed once he removed my old tiles, by working over time and at the weekends. I was worried there would be a large over-run bill and I have no doubt that less scrupulous contractors would have done so, but Dean was more than reasonable in his final billing, including many jobs free or at cost. For these and more reasons that I have space for here, I fully recommend Dean and hope to collaborate again with him soon.

  Dean and his mate worked on a tricky fitting and made a first-class job. The final job was solid, neat and precise. They came on time; they cleaned up very well; and they were friendly and hard working throughout.
