Dre was quick at responding to my inquiry about potential woodworm within the floorboards on our hall floor. He came around to take a look at the issue at the time agreed and explained the problem (it was woodworm) and what work would need to be completed. Quick and reasonable quote and we are happy with the finished result. Good communication throughout and felt comfortable and confident with Dre completing the work.

We moved into a new home and had a very dark and flood-prone basement. We contacted multiple companies. Dre was genuine. He gained our trust from the first phone call.
