I can't praise the company enough. Harbourside gave me an all round excellent service and were very reasonably priced. Paul was very professional, trustworthy, arrived on time, worked very hard, cleaned up after and left leaving my home spotless. I now have good heating and hot water system and beautiful radiators. I am so grateful and thankful that Paul discovered a serious and dangerous issue with the SSE electric earth wire. Paul immediately ensured I was kept safe and immediate contact was made with SSE who attended quickly and fix their earthing wire.

Paul was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and was able to fit in the job at short notice. The fitting and testing of the new consumer unit was done with minimal disruption and Paul was happy run through the testing process and any advisories on the existing installation. Overall very happy to have found a friendly and professional tradesman, who I would recommend to anyone.

Paul and his assistant did a fabulous job. They were here when they said they would be and when they arrived they just cracked on with the work. Was patient when I was asking for extra things and when things weren't ready for him to start work he didn't moan or when I made changes or added on stuff , he also offered advise and suggestions that we hadn't thought of. Cleaned up when they left . His quote for the work was also very reasonable . He was also very swift with sending all the necessary certificates through for the work done. Paul arrived on time, carried out the required work speedily and efficiently and left the site tidy and clean.

The electrician visited when he said he would and very quickly isolated and fixed the issue. Excellent service at a good price, and would definitely recommend.
