Ben was very responsive to my request and made himself available earlier than any other firm. He did an amazing job on my niece's climbing frame and made sure it stood securely and safely, given the uneven ground in the garden, so he went above an beyond to make sure the job was done right. We were very happy with his efforts and he was happy to discuss some other issues we have with our garden fence panels which he said he can assist with, so we are now looking into that with him. Overall, couldn't have asked for more.
