    Communicated quickly and clearly beforehand, and arranged initial 3h clean to get to know the job. Cleaner was delayed with transport but communicated in advance. Checked what wanted for each room, used products indicated for the things I cared about and also had her own products otherwise. Cleaned efficiently and effectively, working throughout the whole 3h. I am glad to use Happy Maiden Cleaners for regular work in future.
