From requesting a quote to arranging the job Rafel responded very quickly. He replaced the light fittings and was very professional in his manner and friendly. Job location: B98Rafal arrived at the time promised, did the job, explained what he had done, made some recommendations concerning modernising our fuse box (46 years old!) to improve security and charged for the job he had done the cost quoted. No complaints. - JJamie A
