Jack completed a tricky job of replacing numerous individual cracked tiles in our kitchen. Good communication, reliability and worked extremely hard. He explained some added complexities of the job due to how the tiles were originally fitted, while sticking to the initial quote and finding solutions for difficult tiles to replace.

Jack did the tiling work on the floor of my bathroom. He was polite and respectful when he came to do the job. While he was working, I didn’t want to hover over him, so I asked if he was okay with me stepping out to do some errands, and told him he could call or text me if he needed anything or had any updates. When I came back, he was already gone, and had spoken directly with his cousin Charlie, a plumber, to let him know he could start installing the toilet. Had Jack re-tile another bathroom of mine, he is very patient and explains his vision and what he thinks is best and I totally agree with him. He has done another outstanding job and I have more work inline for him. Recommend him to all my friends

Jack tiled my bathroom, he was punctual every day, got straight to work, He cleared all mess at the end of the day, and cleaned up. He is a really pleasant man, friendly and polite. He's done a great job with tiling my bathroom I'm really happy with the end result. I'd highly recommend this service.

Jack was excellent in all ways. Good communication, turned up on time and when he said he would - which not every work man does! Very tidy and clean. No mess. No fuss. Polite and friendly. Happy to discuss any queries and questions that I had. He takes pride in his work and wants to make sure that he’s done a good job and that the customer is happy. Really really lovely genuine guy. Jack did areally great job of tilling my small cloakroom toilet. It looks great. He was on time, worked hard and tidyed upafter himself. Would recommend and use again
