Alex did a great job sorting out our boiler. He has done several jobs for us over the years and has shown professionalism, politeness and has taken the time to explain issues in a way it is possible for the lay person to understand. Alex was recommended to me by a friend and what a great recommendation! He fixed my mum's boiler years ago and not only did he do a great job he was very polite and courteous with my mum who can be very nervous around tradesmen. We have used him a number of times for our flat and more recently he came to try and fix our boiler. He was very thorough and considerate of keeping the costs down by taking the time to source second hand parts. Sadly it was beyond fixing in the end so Alex managed to squeeze us in at short notice to replace the boiler. Job location: SM7Alex always goes the extra mile and his workmanship is top notch. I personally wouldn't trust anyone else with my heating. You can always rely on him to be professional and thoroughly reliable with conpetetive costs. I was sick of people not turning up or doing a half job so common these days. Alex is a rare breed.
