    Richard did a brilliant job, he was quick and tidy in repairing a section of our wooden floor that broke, plus fixing a different plank in the hallway that was unstable. Very happy with price and professionalism, and definitely recommend him

    Richard came and looked at what we wanted done and gave us some good ideas, a clear plan of what would be involved and a price. Richard arrived on time and got on with the job. It was completed in a professional and timely manner and I was amazed at how little dust there was. We are delighted with our new floor.

We own and operate professional dust free floor sanding machines.

I have been specialising in the renovation of wood floors for 20 years now.

It is better for all concerned including the environment and your budget that the original floor is repaired and renovated wherever possible.

We are highly skilled and can renovate your floor to realize its natural beauty.

I have good contacts which allow me to source reclaimed antique floorboards so that I can always restore your floor!

A floor that is original to the house will also enhance its value and be in keeping with the character of the property.

We can repair floor joists, replace rotted boards with reclaimed floorboards, fill the gaps between the floorboards, repair broken or missing parts, remove fire hearths, renew skirting, renovate stairs and strip doors.

We can install air bricks to improve under floor ventilation. As this is a major cause of rot in floor joists, floorboards and skirting.

We can move and install radiators and create floor hatches for access and extra under floor storage.
