They were extremely good at helping me choose what I wanted and brought samples to our home to see examples in situ. They also collected the samples once we had made a decision. They were super efficient at giving us a start date, so we were not kept waiting at all. The price of the job was broken down and explained in full. The people that fitted the flooring were diligent, clean, tidy and punctual. Everything was explained to us as the job went along. The herringbone pattern was individual tiles, very impressive. We wanted the tiles that way round to compliment the herringbone in our hallway

This was the 3rd time we have used HFC and the hallway was the most challenging project so far. Emmitt was very thorough giving us a series of options and even suggesting a large inlaid doormat which has proved a practical bonus. Having decided what we wanted the work was completed is less than a week to a high standard.
