  Stove installation

  The whole installation from scaffolding through to final commissioning of stove was a joy. Mike and Shay were exceptional in the work they did caring and very clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

  Absolutely hire these guys for a new wood burner

  Shay and Mike were absolutely brilliant, turned up when they said they would, gave us lots of options to choose from with photos of previous installs so we could see them in real life. They were efficient and tidy, the carpet is very light and there isn't a mark on it, pricing was very reasonable. Would 100% recommend

  Fireplace widening & closing

  From start to finish, Handy Sweeps were excellent. Shay and Michael were really professional; communication was always clear and they took their time for a high standard. They understood what we wanted, explained our options & did a tidy job. I feel confident that if we want any changes in the future, they'd be able to facilitate and they would be my first port of call. We had a tiny, off-centre fireplace before and they've made it central and much bigger, - exactly as we wanted - ready to be decorated and lit with lanterns. We're so glad we got them in.

  I’ve used Handy Sweeps before to have my chimney swept, and they came back out today to install a plate and clean the brickwork. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. They were here for hours and did an absolutely fantastic job. Even towards the end, when most people would understandably want to get going, they took their time to make sure everything was done properly and to a really high standard. Nothing felt rushed. They also offered helpful advice about installing tiles at the bottom of the fireplace, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

  sweeping a chimney

  Two men came to my house to sweep the chimney. They were on time, they were curtious, explained the job and quickly got to work. they left no mess and when finished explained what they had done. I would definately use them again.

  Wood burner service

  Recently moved into our first home and got the log burner serviced straight away. Really easy communication prior to the service. Both guys were really lovely, showing me how to use it aswell as the service. Would definitely use them again
