  Decent job, not transparent with pricing

  Did a reasonable job, came on time but wasn’t very transparent with pricing. Quoted £150 for the job but he turned up with the wrong part which obviously took longer. Didn’t tell us how was charging more despite seeing the job in person and proceeded giving us the impression that the price was the same. It was only when he finished that he asked for more money. Completely unreasonable.

  Alex did outstanding work from start to finish. His customer service skills are top-notch, and his communication was clear and professional throughout the entire process. He was very time-efficient, arrived as scheduled, and completed the job thoroughly without wasting time. The quality of his work exceeded expectations, and it’s clear he takes pride in what he does.   Alex was really helpful and completed the job with no issues. It was avery last minute booking but he arrived on the same day to carry out the job. We also got a years warranty which is really reassuring. Will be booking again!
