They arrived exactly on time and, to my surprise, were able to do the job there and then. I thought they would just come over to quote but they had the bits needed in their van. In total it took them about 2 and a half hours. The quoted price seemed reasonable and they left the house tidy. Overall I am pleased.

This tradesman carried out the fix on a leak but I thought he charged a lot 《£150》to fix a small leak and replace a valve. What I found very annoying was when I explained I did not have cash or card so to do a bank transfer I would need to go on my computer in the space of less than 24 hours he sent about 5 messages and called about 7 times leaving 4 voicemail. I found this harassing and unprofessional. We are currently looking for a big plumbing job but would not use this person again due to this harassment....
