We've had the pleasure of hiring Colin for a couple of projects around our home: creating a fireplace hearth, and fixing two doors that weren't installed or cut to shape correctly by a different trades person prior. We're absolutely thrilled with the work Colin did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to everyone. Colin is professional, easy to communicate with and his finish is of a very high standard.

We needed our old shower cubicle removing and a new one fitting to deal with damp issues from the old shower. The Handyman Hero did a great job in removing the old cubicle, re-configuring the stud wall, replacing damp plasterboard and then fitting a new shower and cubicle. A very professional job and he kept our place really clean & tidy throughout the works. We thoroughly recommend him!

Fast response, choice of fitters, easy to use website, excellent workmanship. Have had dreadful experiences from builders, plumbers, electricians and DIY fitters in the past few years I wish I’d used Checka Trade services sooner.

As with other reviews, Colin cannot be faulted. Great workmanship and extremely tidy and polite. Reasonable price for really good work. In my opinion he went above and beyond and I hope he will complete more work for me soon. What I really liked was that he assessed some of the issues I had and did some great problem solving for me. He didn't push anything on me, but helped me to make decisions and I was very pleased with it all. I would definitely recommend!!!!
