Great experience. First time meeting Russell. Read all his great review reviews and I can see why they are so good! He was installing a new stair rail for my elderly parents. Arrived very punctually and got the job done efficiently despite facing a couple of issues with their wall. My parents are so happy and I am reassured that they will be sofa going up and down the stairs now.
