  entire bathroom refurbishment

  they were not keen to discuss options or the process. they didn't seem to be that interested in the job and i had to chase them to get an estimate. with that much money at stake i need to make sure i am in the loop about everything and that the contractor is responsive otherwise it means loss of rent for me. the contractor also didn't seem to want to share the estimate as i had to chase them.

  Fantastic service, highly recommended. H&Y were very fast to respond to my enquiry and completed the job perfectly within a tight turnaround time. The price was much better value than other quotes I obtained, and communication was impeccable. I'll definitely use them again.

  H&Y and his team were excellent from start to finish, providing a solution to an on-going problem we’ve had with our bathroom which previous tradesman had not been able to fix. Yuriy came to inspect, provided a clear plan of action, a competitive and transparent quote and carried the work out to a very high standard. He was great to communicate with and made the whole project run very smoothly. Will be my go to tradesman for future work I have and would fully recommend him to others. Thanks again !

  Yuriy and the team have completely transformed our upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet. They have been so great throughout the whole process and have updated us every step of the way to ensure we have been happy with everything. They have completed the work to the highest standard and have done everything we asked and more. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!"
